if this is happening on both doors, its most likely a fuse or coincidentally, you might have a bad relay. also, it could be a bad ground/connection before the relay... look at your fuses and see if they are blown and if so, replace them with the proper amp fuse. Good luck with that.
Ps. find a electrical schematic online for the rsx. should make it easier to find wire locations.

Re: new rsx owner, problem with door locks
It might be a fuse under the hood in the engine bay either fuse 3 "interior light" or fuse 9 "Backup" they are both 7.5 (blue), my RSX had the same problem. Also after I replaced the the fuse I had to replace a remote transponder which is behind the radio because the remote wouldn't work even after new battery and reprograming remote. Hope this helps

Re: new rsx owner, problem with door locks
Have you tried re-programming the remote to the car.
1. Put key in ignition turn to on (don't crank the car) push lock button on the remote.
2. Turn key to off position and hit the lock button on the remote again.
Do this 3 times, and on the 3rd time you should hear the locks move. Once you hear the locks move, start the car to save the programming to the remote.

My guess, unfortunately for you, would be the actuators. My 02 is doing the same thing, and speaking with an Acura tech, the actuators seem to be more likely to die on the rsx' then other cars.
