EP3 aftermarket
just wanted to get a list of who makes what for the new EP3.
what i've found:
buddy club: spec3 exh. $660 retail; wheels
greddy: evo3 exhaust $660;
spoon: n1 and street axle back; b-pipe; 4-2-1 header; coilovers; progressive springs; strut bars; lower tie bar; ecu; thottle body; Al radiator; rad hose; rad mount; Ti bolt; and misc. caps; seats; low-position mounts; steering wheel; mirrors; sw338 wheels (15&16 inch)
tein: type flex (non adj.) coilover
mr. alex makes: strut tower bars; c-pillar bar; inner fender brace; engine torque dampener
mugen: front lip; radiator inlet; seats; steering wheel; seat mounts (side mount style); more to come.
what else is out there?
note: i'm a bit ep3 challeneged and trying to get the info. i've been reading this forum, and did a search, but there was not categorical listing of available parts. further, the rsx and si share the same chassis, engine (base rsx), and tranny (base rsx, again) correct? also, from reading, i know that the ep3's: brakes suck, oem tires suck, and that the sus is a bit soft, any other driving insights (im planning on tracking this car.)
lastly, is there any issue in lowering the ep3? i know that w/ the ap1 (s2000) past 1 inch, you start to have steering rack/severe bumpsteer issues; any such problems on the ep3? is there better clearance? any other 'issues' regarding modification?
