cant open doors with ignition key

cant open doors with ignition key
I have a key that can turn on the car, but cannot open any doors on my civic... what should I do? Can the dealer make me a key, or do I need to buy an entirely new cylinder?

Was the key in question ever able to open the door previously? If so it could be that the key is just to worn out to open the door... if not then most probably the lock was changed on it and they never key matched the car!

Valet key? Mine will only start car and open main doors, it wont work on trunk or glove box. But if yours wont open any doors thats kinda strange, so idk.
