PLEASE HELP !
i own a 04 rsx type-s nd my CEL came up saying code : p2647 .
-my oil are good
i did some research nd people said its the vtec oil pressure
my CEL comeson on & off . when CEL is on i cant ram its above 4 or it start shaking . what do i need to do ? please ASAP !

I'm in this same boat... but I own a 05' Si, K20A3 and I too received the P2647... everything I've seen so far is oil pressure related... someone suggested changing the oil if it has been sitting for awhile... done... still comes on...and off... and on again... just like you, when the light is on, the motor won't rev past 4k rpm... rev limiter stops me dead, lags you might say... I'm still searching, and asking... i'll repeat what I hear at you... also I just ordered a OBD II scanner so I can stop having the auto zone guys pull the same code for me... good luck

Aye man ! UPDATE ! i fixed my problem ! bought the whole vtec assy. solenoid kit which cost around $150. i prefer you buying the whole vtec assy. solenoid kit rather than the pressure switch & filter. its easy to fix it too. just take out your old vtec solenoid nd install the new one in. after that it should be running fine cause my did . HOPE IT HELP :D.

ok... I show a 15810-RAA-A03 spool valve assy. sound right... mine is $54.69 cheaper than yours... weird... cause everywhere I've looked before you gave me that link showed one VTEC solenoid(spool valve) for both K20A2, K20A3... and given that your driving a A2, and I'm in an A3... that apparently makes a difference... good looking out dude, thanks a lot
