Spoons only lower about 3/4" right? I would like at least 1 to 1 and a half inch lower. The ITR suspension is just so good though

What's up, bud? This is "LimpSi", right? Get kg/mm springs. They have the best drop IMHO. They sit about 3/4-1" lower than stock and looks just right... not to mention their springs rock. Spoon springs actually sit quite a bit lower than advertised. I'd get kg/mm over spoons.

The sp00m's drop quite a bit more than 3/4". They are lower than my caged integra has ever been. But then again, I don't like scraping the ground too much.

How come every speaks about looks and nobody speaks about performance? What's the goal of lowering?

I've got the H&R sports and I think they handle just as good as the stock springs and they give it a good look. It's gonna be handling better as soon as my koni yellows get here.

Ok fine. I drove RealTypeR's car (and did a 100ft burnout.. without going over 2000rpm and without dropping the clutch.. according to the neighbor who said I did ) and they felt nice on the street. I didn't drive the **** out of it of course, but for what I did with the car, they felt good "performance" wise.

i was running neuspeed race on stock shocks, stiff as hell on the turns and over bumps but i went back to stock for convience's sake, la parking sux, they also killed the wheel gap perfectly and my stock shocks were still fine after 10K miles. Make sure you get some camber kits and a good alignment though -rob

oh yeah thought i might add that i have those neuspeed race springs sitting at my parent's house, if you're interested let me know they r type-r specific and yellow to boot

I put a set of eibach sportlines on and I am not to happy with them so far. I don't know that it is the springs though. I put a progress camber corretion kit on it and I think that is the problem. It came with hangers in the front that have two positions for a .5 and 1.5 degrees of correction. The hangers don't have the brace that runs from one to the other on the progess kit. I think that is my problem. I have a set of skunk2 correction arms coming and some Koni yellows. I hope that I notice a big difference when I put them on.

Camber kits are touchy sometimes. I had Skunk2 control arms and never had problems

I'm running on Neuspeed Race springs with a Progress camber kit. Handling is not as good as most other set-ups, but it gets the looks down. My friends call it the best looking drop on an Integra.
Here's a pic:
