98 integra type r abs problems HELP

Default 98 integra type r abs problems HELP

Well lads my 98 ITR has me drove around the twist..

I done a cel check and it showed me fault 13 so I checked my sensor and it was fine just caked in muk so I cleaned it off..

Now when I try to reset the fault my abs light just stays lit constantly, it won't flash any codes anymore?

pull the abs codes to see what's causing the light to be on.

if the code is the sensor, which you already cleaned, you need to clear the code.

Ye mate that's what I tryed the first time and it showed up fault 13 but now when I try and delete it after I fixed the fault the light is staying lit constantly..

What process did you follow to erase DTC?

Put paperclip into the 2 pin socket and hold my foot on the breaks ,turn ignition on and wait for light to go off etc etc but when I try this the lights don't turn off or do anything the stay lit constantly?

Have you tried driving hte car to see if the code goes away.....many cars will do this on the dyno, but once you leave the code clears itself after driving a mile or so.

Ye mate its my daily so I drive it everyday and still nothing..

I'm new to this forum.

I have a 1998 Integra Type R

Please direct me to the right place if possible, to show where to look for the connector that needs to be "paper clipped" to sort my abs fault light.

My car is right hand drive - the photo of the blue/green plug and connector says it's to the right of the glove box, but I can't find it.

It came on when the battery went flat, and during my messing I removed the SRS fuse, now that light is on too.
Many thanks for any help.
