What plug gap should I use for 12:1 compression and which plugs?

What plug gap should I use for 12:1 compression and which plugs?
I was maybe looking towards the Bosh Platinum 4 because of the dyno sheet found here-> http://www.importreview.com/reviews/densoVSbosch.html . So which ones do you guys think or know from experience to be the best and what gap should I use for the high compression?

denso's are alright. with 12:1 i sugguest the ngk 7e's. i have went through two sets os denso iridiums in the last 6 months. i hear bad stuff about bosch's on the long run.

My new engine came with Bosch F6-DP plugs in it. They are not the +4 design. The part number is 4227 and my build sheet says to gap them at .035".

spark plug gap shouldnt really have anything to do with the compression. It is more dependant on wat ignition you use. If you use stock ignition, then gap any sparkplugs you use to stock specs.. which is roughly .035" If you have msd and an external coil, gap them @ .045" since the spark is stronger. WI have the bosch F6DP on my fully built b20/vtec gapped @ .045" with an msd and absolutely no prob.

I was using the Spoon "Racing Plugs" (denso iridiums) one temp range colder. The engine didn't run very well when cold and I have since switched back to stock (much better). I will probably use the Spoon plugs at the track though.

I think running colder plugs is usually a crock of ****, to be quite honest.
I mean, yea.. at a certian point if you make enough power with your engine, you'll need to do it.. but fwiw.. my B20/B17 has 12.6:1 compression, JUN cams, SMS header, etc... I saw the best results with stock ITR plugs. THe BKR7E would foul too quickly.
Now if I was running 15 lbs of boost or a 150 shot, then I would look into another type of plug...
but for what it is, the stock ITR PFR6G-11 can't be beat.
it'll work well for 90% of you guys out there.
