What does everyone use for tranny and differential fluid?

check out the FAQ sticky at the top of the board! I think its covered in there .

Edit: I tend to use A&W rootbeer though, make sure to change it frequently .

Honda Manual Tranny fluid is the best.. Cant go wrong with it. Then again, there are other stuff out there so its up to you. Stay stock and nothing goes wrong.

I dont know about that. It is good, but not the best. IMHO, Pennzoil synchromesh aka GM synchromesh (non friction modified) is better then Honda MTF, especially when your mission is cold.

Its also alot thinner.

Motul Gear300.

What's your use of the car? If its a street car, then Honda MTF. Track car, look elsewhere IMHO.
