Default Torque spec for clutch and flywheel?

I have a 97' B18c and want to know what are the torque specs on the flywheel and pressure plate? I was wondering what are the torqu specs for the timing belt tensioner and water pump also?

He's not asking about a hybrid, or his swap or anything having anything to do with anything except an ITR motor. I dont' see any way that this isn't the right forum.

Don't be a *****
