Default Are theses NGK spark plugs good for the R?

Part #: 2975zfr7f-11
Non-platinum. I would like to get the stock ones but I can get these for a good deal. Will it be fine?

BKR7EVX11 and their iridium equivelant are not too bad in price.
but for stock motors i would recommend a 6 over the 7

Can't believe I'm editing a 7+ year old post but all the NGK stock #'s have since changed. On stock ECU I'd only go one range cooler than stock. Last I checked I believe it was a BKR7E-11.

denso heat range / 3 = NGK heat range

so 20 /3 = 6 . something, its equal to heat range 6 for NGK which is stock range for itr.

JDM ITR: NGK PFR7G-11 or DENSO PK22PR-L11
These are recommended by Honda.
