Default Spark Plugs white and black???

while doing my compression test last night I noticed that my spark plugs were white on the top and on the electrode. But around base (directly below the gasket) and the threads were black and covered in fuel deposits. They were kinda loose also...I tightened them pretty good when I put them back in. I have Denso Ird. if you are wondering. Also, in the #3 cly. the connector had somehow unscrewed itself and was stuck in the connector part of the spark plug wire...weird. So i screwed it back onto the spark plug and reinstalled it.

electrodes are white from running lean or recently revving the car out. it can also be from coolant if you have a head gasket leak.
