thanks everyone, i am excited to dive into this, my wife is almost 8 months pregrant so it might be slow to get alot of progress quickly.
I do plan on having her running before the weekend, i'll post more pics and video when i do!
A local guy said he has a lot of aprts form his 2000 ITR that he convereted to a race car, egar to see what he has
Question for you guys, ITRs built in '00, do they have the carbon fiber interior trim?
And as for airbags, will any 94-01 airbag work?
I do plan on having her running before the weekend, i'll post more pics and video when i do!

Over the years, I have read alots of "barn find" stories. But, they all are domestic finds. But, this one is an import find and is an "R find". I love the pics and the story lines. Thanks for sharing and as you already said it...Barn find need to be restore back to stock. It's the only way to do it. Congrats!!!

Thanks guys. Back to stock for sure!
I thought I had a good lead for the pen badge but the eg it ended up in was long sold to an unknown person. I am going to try and get pics of that car and splatter all the forms with it see if anyone knows

My point was that it was a time trial car (Solo I) and it should be ok as long as it hadn't been into the wall or had a serious off-road. Do I need to sound it out or something to make it any clearer? Solo I is a heck of a lot better (to the car) than a Honda Challenge car or something, so OP has a decent find.
Anyways,
for jumping to conclusions.
