Mine is similar (even have all those cars), but my A-spec is a few short races shy of lvl 30, Only did the the A license, and I have about 600 less cars

You have put alot of time into the game. What do you have left to get from 96% to 100%?

well the b spec is complete the a spec i have only done 2 endurance i'm waiting for the in game save so 7 endurance races left
