Well, you can probably see a difference on a dyno, but I don't feel anything really different performance wise. Supposibly gas miles are supposed to be better, well honestly feels the same to me again. LOL... sorry not much help, but I can tell you thins I won't be spending money on those thing again. I rather stick with NGK Platinums.

DO NOT try to gap them - you will weaken or break off the Iridium electrode.

What temp range did you get??

i was thinking about going with them...but found out that they're basically the same as platinums when dyno'd. stick with the stock ngk's...best all around!!! not to mention cheaper. copper will give you better performance, but won't last nearly as long as the platinums...make sure the level of plug is optimized for your car too...i believe stock is an 11...haha but don't quote me on that

Well, you can probably see a difference on a dyno
you can see a difference from changing from old plugs to new plugs

But the advertisements for them claim they are super strong.

I bought some denso iridiums at Nopi last year. At the time my car was supercharged @ 7-8psi and when i would hit high mph the densos kept me from running full boost. So I took them out. Got them sitting in my garage. I have also heard of people losing hp from them. I dont recommend them.
Ill stick with NGKs too

If your running turbo, aren't platinum plugs the best for that application??

How much is the stock NGK plug?
I just went to the local NAPA shop and they said my NGK is around $18 each !!

Is that a good/right price for the ITR stock NGK spark plug??

I went to Kragen looking for the NGK's. $19.95 each. Ouch. I went online and found them for $10.56 each. I can't find the site though. Doh!

I had them in my CRVTEC, I was playing with the timming and had it ping a little then it got a super rough idle. I pulled the plugs and two of the electrodes had broken off, I put NGK BPR7ES plugs back in and it's been fine since. I heard it by two other guys with the same plugs. Save you money! NGKs !

I put a set in and also put in some magnecore plug wires and I noticed a hell of a difference. I had about 12000 on my ITR and now I am at 14100. It really crispend the throtle response. Before it seemed like just a little hesitation now you nail it and she goes. I don't know if it was the wires or the plugs since I installed them both at the same time. I only paid like 11.00 a piece for the plugs.

On the dyno, no difference. Ran the same numbers with 89 cent Autozone plugs...
Seems to actually run best with the OEM or copper equivalent of the OEM...

CRVRX - what car application did you buy your spark plugs for? My b20/vtec is almost complete and was wondering which spark plugs to get. I am using a b20 block with a b16 head. Also NGK makes some iridium plugs now, anyone have any experience with that?

Iridiums are crap. They last only six months. DON'T waste your money!

PIAA wipers are good. I have a set in carbon fiber look and I love them!
