Cams and exhaust?
So i plan on buying some cams in the near future most likely Toda B's. My question is will i have to get a new exhaust. I curenly have a Mugen twin-loop cat back. will this hurt the performance of the cams?
i am not a fan of big tipped exhausts. would maybe buying a new b-pipe help and just keeping the twin loop can help.

You wont get the best performance with it, but who cares on the street? Keep the mugen on it and switch to something (or open header) on the track.

Re: Cams and exhaust? (Gravity)
The mugen exhaust isnt the best flowing, but its still above average... and among the best, performance wise. I think its the best sound wise. Get cams and be happy listening to VTEC instead of a loud *** deafening exhaust that gives you maybe 1 or 2 whp more. If you want a better performing exhaust that is relatively quiet... then SMSP or have a custom 2.5" Magnaflow exhaust made. (2 magnaflow mufflers, 1 for a resonator, and the other for a rear muffler)
Those are your options really, if the extra few hp is important to you, then get a new exhaust.
