Default B18C5 - oil and antifreeze mixing

Hello Type R forum. I own a vehicle with a Type-R swap in it. I have basic bolt-on mods, and some oil burning at high rpms. Minimal oil smoke at startup, so no valve stem seal leakage. A recent compression test revealed good compression in all cylinders.

I recently popped my oil cap and looked inside and noticed some "milky substance" under the oil cap. Looks like oil and antifreeze mixing. I drained the oil, but it looks unaffected. Has anyone seen this before? I have a non-OEM pcv valve in there, other than that the motor is pretty much stock. I am guessing that it's either the head gasket or maybe the oil cooler is starting to fail? Has anyone experienced an oil cooler failure before?

Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.

That's from condensation, not from it mixing with antifreeze. Very common problem with cars like an ITR that don't get frequent use. Many other reasons for it as well. Link to a little reading below.

What is this white milky stuff under my oil cap?

The only time I saw this on my itr was when the head gasket blew 1000 kms after a complete tear down and rebuild, the head gasket was defective.

So just a little milky sludge was under your oil cap when you had a BLOWN head gasket?

I have also heard that this is a sign of a failing or failed head gasket. Just from reading a bit through old posts

Water in the oil, could be condensation or the start of a leaking head gasket. B series arnt normally bad for doing that like some motors from Condensation
