look at the sidewall...if it is just you then you can go a couple psi lower, if you have passengers riding alot, then go a couple higher.

IIRC, the sidewall has the max psi the tire can handle. I usually go no higher than 10 psi less than the max pressure. I have my tires set anywhere from 33-35 psi.

That sticker is really only for standard wheel/tyre setups. although it's a good guide. Put in about 30-34 for 15", 32-36 for 16"and about the same for 17". 34 is usually a pretty good round figure, IMO
