1. do you realize that you can't spell tires correctly?
2. we don't know what size you need
3. we don't know what your goals are: performance, rain, life, cost etc..

WTF IS A TIER? Like leveled things? I don't think there are tiers in an Integra.
If you are speaking about TIRES:
What size of wheel? aka diameter by width
What are you looking to get? Winter tires? Drag slicks? Oh I read you are looking for long life.

and since you cant spell tires, you probably dont know what size you have. You can go look on the actual tire itself or check in your doorjam(if they are stock). it should say something like 195/55/15 on the tires. google what these numbers mean to save yourself some time.
then find your budget and go from there.

to be honest your not gonna get a decent tire for under $100 each in that size. but try a bridgestone or continental. Toyo has good tires too, but ive never seen a set last more than 30,000 miles. Everyone is going to have their own opinion on tires, you just have to figure out how much you can spend and what kind of tire your looking for.

I hate auto correct. Damn droid.
hoosiers
Op to answer your question there is no best it all falls down to what you have to spend where you live and what kind of life you want. Me personally I rock bridgestone re-11 they are a dot comp tire that ill be lucky to get 15k out of but they perform amazingly.

205 40 17 is an obsolete size, however these 4 are still available
the nitto nt01 is available as an R comp, lasts about 8k miles on the street
the falken 615, sticky, great performer, lasts around 15k miles on the street
the yokohama s drive, harder, performs nice for a street tire, not in the same class as the other 2 but will live much longer provided your alignment doesn't kill them early
the federal 595ss, if you really have to buy the cheapest tire possible these really aren't THAT bad for $50 each
