You don't need 440cc injectors because stock injectors can provide more than enough fuel for your setup. You don't need an aftermarket fuel rail. Its like you want to install a stage 4 fuel system on a stage 1 engine build.
Unless you have supporting mods like a decent intake, header and exhaust, your engine breathing will not be efficient enough to reap the benefits of the aftermarket IM and TB.
The B18A has 9.2/1 compression stock, so you will be limited on the cam choices, because high lift and long duration cams leach out your dynamic compression which will nullify any gains. You will probably be limited to Crower 403's or similar.
If you want some decent gains and cam options, raise your compression--install PR3 or P30 pistons. Then go with some 404 cams or similar, Crower springs and retainers to handle the cams, ARP rod bolts to strenthen the bottom end, your skunk intake, decent I, H, E, and a good tune. Search, this setup has been done many times.
Good luck! Oh, and most the guys here think building a B18A isn't worth the trouble considering the restrictions of the stock head. But for the few guys such as myself, who don't have buckets of money, it is the only option for a decent ride without breaking the bank.

I agree. I dont have to live my live with vtec. I am actually happy with my 18b with just I/E/H for now (cams in the next week or so).
To the OP I got a set of crane cams, and will be installing them in the next week or so, depending on my oil pump.
