What am I doing wrong? Clutch No Pressure

What am I doing wrong? Clutch No Pressure
I am working on a 1999 Acura Integra. I removed the clutch system from my old Integra(clutch pedal, master cylinder, slave cylinder and the lining).
After installing the everything I began to bleed the system.
I followed the instructions posted here: How to properly bleed your hydraulic clutch - Honda Accord Forum - Honda Accord Enthusiast Forums.
I bought another slave cylinder and bled it.
I have ran through at least a quart of brake fluid.
Throughout this whole process I have been seeing bubbles come out with the brake fluid.
When I push the clutch all the way to floor the last maybe inch has pressure, I can see the slave cylinder moving when the clutch pedal is at the last half. However this isn't enough for the clutch to engage.
At this point I am ready to go to the junkyard and find another Integra pull everything and try this again.
Although I really do not want to have to do this.
Please help! Any input is really appreciated, thanks in advance!

- 6) (Helper) Press clutch pedal in fully to the floor and hold.
- 7) (You) Open the bleed screw to allow fluid to flow.
- 8) (You) Close bleed screw.
- 9) (Helper) . You may have to pick the pedal up off of the floor, do this slowly and smoothly all the way up.
- 10) Repeat steps 6-9 two times, and then top off the reservoir.
- 11) Repeat steps 6-9 three more times, and then top off the reservoir.

Is it possible that you clutch master cylinder is messed up? An Exedy replacement is cheap and pretty quick to install.
1) Fill up reservoir.
2) Place a piece of clear plastic tubing over the bleeder screw, this way you can see if it bubbles or is flowing smoothly. You can get the tubing at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
3) Open bleeder screw.
4) Press clutch pedal.
5) Close bleeder screw.
6) Release clutch pedal.
7) Top up reservoir.
8) If bubbles came out during 4, go back to 3, else, go back to 3 and try it a few more times just to make sure.
9) Done, torque the bleeder screw to spec, adjust the clutch pedal to your liking.

By adjust the clutch pedal to my liking you are talking about the 12mm nut behind the mastercylinder/firewall?
Is it normal to adjust this when bleeding the clutch?
I was doing research on the internet and found this different car but just to be sure this is what you are talking about MotorMouth93: Solved: Clutch Pedal - Low Engagement Point - AcuraZine - Acura Enthusiast Community
I saw this online from this website: Trouble Shooting A Hydraulic Integra Clutch System - Team Integra Forums - Team Integra

Problem #3: My clutch is engaging right off the floor level.
Solution:
1) Check you clutch fluid reservoir and make sure there is fluid present.
2) This can be fixed by adjusting the clutch pedal to CMC connection. There is a little clevis pin that holds the two pieces together. If you remove the pin you can rotate the CMC piston device to compensate for the needed adjustment.
