I have regular synchromesh in my car with no problems at all. Much better than OE Honda fluid, imo.

There is only one "Penzoil Synchromesh" MTF. To answer your question, it comes w/ friction modifiers.

haha so you didn't go wasting your money on GM FM Synchromesh? Good Move!

ppl say that if your tranny is not grinding then don't use the syncromesh with friction modifier in it. the added friction can ruin your syncro's.

but if you got a grind already then the friction modifier will help the syncros engage the gear. but it is just a bandaid for syncro replacement.

on lsd i heard that it will not harm it when using friction modifier

I'm not from the states and we do have a GM dealer over here but I called them and asked them if they have the GM synchromesh but they told me they have something but dont know if its what I'm looking for.

Can someone post a pic of the GM synchromesh bottle so I can see how it looks like?

Thanks
