Icon2 turn signals not working

ok so the other day i changed my dash from tan to black in my 95 ls. everything is working except the turn signals. i have the hazards plugged in and i checked the fuzes. i was thinking maybe i broke something inside the lever for the signals.

also i dont know if anyone else has done this but if you press the hazard button lightly just the left turn signal lights up, and if i do that while i have the right signal up it wont do that, just both light up like normal.

90% of electrical problems are the fuses. I have been on the same situation, only to find out that I either did not check a fuse or did not look at it good enough. But if all the fuses are okay, and this happened after you changed something then yes, if is your fault. check to see if the connectors are fully seated nothing in the dash is grounde to the steering column or that misc fuse in the 94-97 fuse box. My brothers had this issue and that fuse is way at the top corner(underdash) like it is an extra fuse slot, but it controls the flasher relay or something. But it really sound like a swith problem namely the turrn signal arm. fully connect it or what ever the problem might be, just look around. if the switch is blown, you'd have to buy a new arm. once switches blow, there done.
