Default Turn Signal Question

For 98+ integras... when the headlights are turned on, is it the smaller bulb in the turn signal that is supposed to come on? And the larger one only for when the turn signal is activated?

I had to redo some wiring down there, and on one side (where I did nothing) the small light comes on with the headlight, and on the side I had to redo, the main bulb is on. I'm pretty sure the main bulb isn't supposed to be on, but I need someone to verify for me.

Anyone know how I could have setup the wiring so that the main bulb is on? The smaller bulb has it's own off-shoot wiring that I didn't mess with, just the main bulb wires... and there's 2 extra wires exposed, so I'm not sure which is which.

Default Re: Turn Signal Question (Kellindal)

for the corners they're both supposed to be on. and i believe the outer one blinks. you can also look to see if it's a double fillament bulb. if it is then thats the one that's supposed to blink.

also some people cut the wires on the signals so that it blinks faster... mine was like that... both lights still turned on, but the inner one turned on and off faster instead of blinking brighter. i think the negative was the one disconnected.
