it happens to every tranny after awhile. start with the cheapest thing first: bleed the clutch slave cylinder if you've got a hydralic clutch, if that doesn't do it then change the clutch and if that doesn't do it the get your tranny rebuilt or buy a new one the synchros are shot.

Your syncros are dammaged! tou will need new brass rings. These brass ring help slow the gears down so that you can have smooth engagement of your gears. If you did what I did and use synthetic oil in the tranny it is probably your dog teeth that is messed! Do no use Synthetic it is to slick for the brass rings. Only use what Honda recommends. You can get a used tranny or get your brass ring replaced.
