Clean but not feeling them, they look too bulky up top.

They look good, IMO the top seem's asthough it is too bulky. Nice work though, I prefer DC5 forsure, but A+ on originality (first time I've seen it done before)

I used 1/8 ince think, 1-1/2 ince wide steel for the bracket. The rails/sliders are all part of the celica seats. I dont think i had to drill any holes in the rails since i made the brackets to fit.

Too bad it is a seat with no side bolsters. </TD></TR></TABLE> the bolster are way bigger then the stock seats, i have yet to slide in these around turns.

not for me, thats why i changed them

I was going to get DC5 seats, but they dont fit right at all. way to big and rub on the console. If your talking about bulky the DC5 are way bigger up top then these, not to mention the side airbag. The celica seats are not bulky at all. Its just the way they look in the pictures, i think they couldn't have made them better.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by KliT &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">nice work, looks clean, wonder how they feel though?</TD></TR></TABLE> If you ever sat in them you would fall in love lol. There very nice and solf, hold you in very hell. Alot of adjustment on the seat as well (you can even adjust the height)

I know alot of people wouldnt like them here just because there not Honda, but every one is entitled to an opinion.

yeah it is seats and they are good if thats what you mean... just cause its not honda or a proven aftermarket group doesnt mean its bad people, you go sit in it and drive it and then tell me you dont like it

seats look great, but i think it would look better if you got a matching black(leather) shift ****, ebrake handle, and steering wheel.

yea, I agree with him^ The seats themselves dont look very good, but I like the fitment in the car

looks good man! original way of setting up ur teg!....but yea like most guys said, shoulda left the oem or could have even spent the $ on some itr seats&gt;thats what i would have done (thats just me! "jdm loco") but definitely good install 'clean'....keep it OG&gt;&gt;make it yours!&lt;&lt; PeAce!

first of all the GSR leather are not as comfortable as these leather seats IMO, i drove a GSR for 4 hours at one time, and i drove the Celica for 8 hours and the celica i felt better afterwards.

secondly, how is a TOYOTA OEM seat on a car that is MANUFACTURED IN JAPAN NOT JDM

it seems to me that the seat pulled out of a car that was made in japan to japanese spec and is the same seats that are in the JDM celica would be considered JDM even though that particular seat was shipped overseas to be sold on the USDM.

Additionally, if you dont want to count the celica seats that were made in Japan taken out of a celica sold on the USDM Celica, then how can you count a Leather GS-R seat that was taken out of a USDM GS-R as a JDM seat??

To the op nice install.
Ive sat in a few of the last gen celicas and i gotta say their seats are comfortable it feels like the seats are hugging the driver. Thats as best as i can describe it. Try and sit in one and you will feel the difference. Just walk in a used car lot and sit in one.
