76? umm maybe a 98 CX hatcback with a D16 has 76 torque, unless its some inside joke I don't know about, or I worded it incorrectly. I don't know where the hell you get 76 from. Enlighten me.

Dipshit, he is asking the Torque specifications, as to how much he should tighten the flywheel, not how much torque a Integra has.

All bolts have a torque spec, you can over or under torque something. So thats y we use a torque wrench..... a helms is always a good thing to have handy !

Thats what we did, you can stick a screwdriver down in the holes on the flywheel and stop it on a edge of the block...Im sure somebodys about to pipe up and say some **** about ******* up the main bearing or some ****, but its a proven method, so go blow yourself.
