whats up ht,
95 gsr b18c
cold start @ 2,000 rpm
operate temperature normal idle 650 to 850.
the temperature does show normal while sitting,
except...
Why is my 95 b18c gsr temperature drop to Cold temperature while moving??
please help,
it is thermostat or throttle position sensor or idle surging??

You might have a bad thermostat.
Or....is it that its extremely cold out and you turn the heater on full blast as soon as the car warms up? Because that would make the gauge drop.
A better description of your problem might be helpful.

Possible air bubble in the system, or low coolant level. If the coolant level is fine, replace the thermostat. If nothing changes after that, you have an air bubble.

I had exactly the same issue with mine.
It was the thermostat.
While I was there, I did a coolant change as well.
It took about an hour or so, but wasn't difficult at all.
