It would help a lot by saying what kind of Integra it was, last time the water pump was replaced, coolant flushed, condition of radiator, etc.......

On this end, it sounds like either a leak or air in the cooling system. My GSR was doing this a few weeks ago because the radiator end tank is leaking and it's letting air into the system.

Check for visual leaks, check your coolant level, fill it if it needs it and burp the coolant system. To do this, take the radiator cap off and start the car, turn the HEATER on full blast and let the car run until the thermostat opens up. At this time, keep adding coolant until it's full. Let the car warm up for about 10-15 minutes and you'll see bubbles come from the filler-neck on the radiator. Add some more coolant if you have to and put the cap back on. Go drive around for a while and make sure you're gauge is staying in one spot. Normal opperating temp for my car is about 45% on the gauge, a little cooler when I'm using water wetter.

If that fails, bring it to a shop and have it pressure tested to see where your problem is originating from. It's also very common for the tanks on the radiator to go out around 80-100k miles, but it's not unheard of for them to go out a lot sooner than that.
