Nope, there was nothing wrong with my master cylinder. It may just be the legend two pistons or my brake hoses.

Re: Soft brake pedal after bleeding brakes, help!!
Hey bud, saw this thread pop back up and thought I might be able to offer some insight since I went a head and did this upgrade and have changed several things about it since I did it.
Originally I did the legend calipers with prelude vtec rotors, SS lines on the front and the pedal was meh...ok. Could have been better but I was still impressed with the setups stopping power when compared to the stock gsr setup on the front.
About a month ago I changed all the lines to SS and changed the front rotors from prelude vtec(23mm thick) to legend gs(28mm thick) and that made all the difference in the world. Pedal is rock solid now. I think it has to do with the thickness of the rotor used. Being that the legend gs calipers were originally designed for a 28mm thick rotor, when used with a mini or prelude rotor 23mm thick, the caliper pistons need to travel more which ultimatly increases pedal travel.
Funny enough, I only decided to try the legend gs rotors because rockauto had a peticular brand on clearence pricing for like $10 a piece. I figured I'd give it a shot just because they were so cheap, even though I wasn't sure if they would work or not. They showed up a few days after I ordered them, I re-drilled them, threw them on, and was throughly impressed.

1998GSR. Great feedback. I went to a track day and my pedal was very mushy after the first session. The brakes felt great, just the pedal travel distance was a lot more than I would like. The mini rotors are 22mm thick and the ITR rotors are 23mm thick. I wonder if that extra 1mm can make a difference.
