i have a p&p jdm gsr manifold, it helps alot more, feels smoother through out the rpm range all the way to red line , but when i install the manifold didnt have no headers so its made a humming noise, it stop when i got some headers to help the air escape. you'll notice alot more gain if u have i/h/e so all would run smooth

under manifold packages, scroll down. Is this worth it on a stock p72 manifold? I can get a free one and then do this, rather than buy a skunk2. I will never use anything higher than ctr cams (maybe, spoons or something similar. but no skunk stage 2's or toda's or jun's). Also this is for a street car with moderate goals 190-200 hp using oem honda pistons.
(I know this is a double post, but I figure this may help others questions get answered)
