Shaking during WOT???
Ive got a 94 LS, and for the past few weeks now, whenever I accelerate, the entire car starts shaking back and forth. At first I thought It was probably my drivers side axle (since the boots been split for a few months), but I just want some other ideas on what the hell it may be. It doesnt seem to do it it 1st, but any other gear, I can be at 1500-3500rpm, step on it, and about 4000-5000rpm, its like an earthquake inside my car. I cant bring it past 5200 without getting scared the whole damn thing is gonna shake itself right off the road. Please help!Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks

Get it aligned. Mine did that after i hit a pothole and it threw off the tow on the alignment. Also, it could be a bent wheel, unbalanced tires..

If the shaking happens at a certain speed range, only when the throttle is open, regardless of gear or RPM, it's the inboard axle joints. If it happens at a certain RPM range it's something engine related.
If it's related to alignment or wheel/tire balance/roundness, you would feel it at all speeds.

You said you axle boot is ripped? And its been that way for a few months? Get those things changed out before before the joints pop out or break, then your *** gonna be stuck.
