Screeching noise from driver side after shifting
I have this weird screeching noise from the driver side after I shift from 1-2 or 2-3. It feels like it slows the car down a bit too when it screeches. It also sometimes does it randomly as I drive the car. I looked through the forums but didn't find an answer so could somebody help me? Could it be my axle binding?

Its a wierd squealing / grinding noise coming from my drivers side when I shift and even as I'm driving straight. Mainly happens in the mornings when I haven't driven my car. The boots on my axles are also ripped so debris and stuff might have gotten into them and might be causing them to bind. I'm probably going to replace the axles soon anyways so ill see if it stops the noise.
