you can try a hair dryer to loosen it up, then apply goof off with a rag. repeat. try that. buy the stuff at walmart or target or wherever.

Goof Off works just fine, but you can probably find the 3M stuff at a NAPA or other auto parts store. It would be a good idea to not let the goof off sit on the paint too long, by wiping it with a towel with water afterwards.

Yeah, or you can try to saw it off with floss/ fishing line. Then go back with the spray to get off the residue. Might take a while if you just spray it and wait. Basically the same process you would use to debadge.
Good luck!

Re: (bakertime)
if the goo gone doesn't work for some reason, you can take some laquer thinner on a cloth and clean it with that. WARNING: the thinner can take off your paint if used too much.

Re: (OOOtony)
if you want to take ANYTHING off your paint, you can can get an "eraser" from a paint/body shop. it's an attachment for a drill but that thing took off everything off my integra, including the adhesive from door guards and stickers that were probably as old as the car. =P
