Icon4 PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi guys I'm new to Hondas I just installed a b18 swap into a 92 EG everything is plugged in the right place but as soon as I start the car it wants to redline any idea why this is happening? I already checked the TPS I had my brother start the car while I was looking at the throttle body it was closed so idk why it wants to shoot through the roof.

If it is truly revving up to redline, you either have a massive vacuum leak or the throttle is stuck open or a combination of the two.

What rpm is it going up to exactly? My civic even with a big vacuum leak (left off a hose off accident) only revved to 2k or so rpms. Assuming your IACV is hooked up and working properly it will do its best to control the idle, but it can only do so much.
