Default p73-003 Ecu issues.

I have a 93 integra that we recently put a 96 b18c and p73-003 computer into, and converted to obd2a with a jumper harness. the car runs fine until warm and sets a check engine light. I would like to know what it is, here is the problem.
I've got a plug wired in with the k line wire a power and two grounds, i don't have the srs wire connected in the plug (should i?), and when i hook up a scanner to it, it beeps like its reading power and wont communicate. Before you say it I know that it won't read because its a jdm computer. But I' not sure that it is a jdm computer because when i unhook the vtec solenoid wire it sets a light, and i was under the impression that the jdm computers didn't look for vtec pressure, secondary o2 or a crank position sensor.
So, Is my computer not Japanese? Also the old two pin connector wont flash the codes either like an obd1 style honda

What is your rev limit?

8700RPM: JDM
8400RPM: USDM

93 Integras don't have a secondary O2. So is there a CEL on for a secondary O2? If not...it's likely a JDM computer.

Ofcourse a JDM computer will turn on the CEL for a VTEC solenoid being unplugged. Your motor is JDM. It has the connector on it. If there is a connector/sensor on the motor...the the corresponding ECU will definitely look for that signal. There aren't really many useless connectors on a motor that the ECU just doesn't care about/control. If JDM motors have a sensor on them...then ofcourse the JDM ECU will look for it.

If you have an OBD2A USDM ITR computer...consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky.

Where are you hooking up the scanner to your 1993 Integra?

You need to jumper the connector and retrieve the code. Go from there.

If its USDM then you're in a world of hurt when it comes to emissions components and trying to clear those codes. But pull them and post like said above. If its USDM you'll have various codes like secondary 02 (63,65), CKF (54), EVAP codes (90, 91, 92), etc. If you connect a scanner and it connects at all its not JDM as well.
