Overheating B18
What are the long term side affects when my car has overheated twice from leaky radiator? My 1990 Integra LS drives fine and no longer overheats after having replaced it with a new radiator. The thing that continues to happen now since overheating occured a while back is even when the car is idle at normal rpm's of 750rmps say while I'm at a stop light, my second fan goes on for about 10 seconds then goes off. I don't ever remember this happening prior to overheating. Is this normal for the second fan to also come on or is this because of prior overheating damage?? Can this be due to thermostat needing replacement or is this due to coolant thermostat sensor needing to be changed? Can anyone please show me a photo of where the coolant thermostat sensor is located? Is it that thing that is under the distributor which looks like a Oil pressure sending unit?? PLEASE SHOW ME A PHOTO OF LOCATION ON A B18A1 .. Thanks so much.

Re: Overheating B18 (alain pestanas)
yes its under the distributor, check your thermostat, hoses. You will warp the head if you drive around to long with no radiator fluid.
