all honda filters fit exactly the same. s2000 filters are larger, but they will still fit to any honda block. so, just go to the dealer and get a honda filter, they are like 7 bucks. when i bought an s2000 one it was 12 bucks. I like HAMP filters the best, youd probably have to order it online. ICB Motorsports is the cheapest ive seen online, they are nice guys too .
OEM ftw!

for your oil filters, just go to any honda dealer and ask for a oil filter. all hondas use the same filter (S2000 are slightly larger). if you go to a parts store, then any honda will work too.
as for the water pump, being that it is a obd0 B16, you are going to want to get a water pump of a 94-95 DOHC (B16A3) del sol. the 94-95 del sols and the JDM B16's are exactly the same, especially the water pump. the JDM pumps have 22 teeth while all the other b-series motors have 19 teeth on the pulley.

You are an idiot because every VTEC B-series uses a 22 teeth water pump, the LS's/B20's use the 19 tooth.

You are also an idiot as they are the exact same. Except for the S2000, NSX, Legends, and 1st gen TL's.

you still have alot to learn!

Re: which oil filter???? (goheel)
When some people say they like one brand of filter over the other, how can you tell any difference between them?
I have probably had a half dozen different brands of oil and filters in my car and i can't tell any difference between any of it.

LOL because i CAN tell the difference between quality exhausts, suspensions, lip kits, tires etc.
I have used the following oil filters: Fram, Honda, Purolator, napa, Quaker
I haven't noticed any difference in the way the car performs with either of those. My engine has over 80k on it and its mint inside.
So, i am not being sarcastic when i ask this - If you prefer one of those filters over the other, then why? I honestly would like to know. Is there any proof out there that one of those are any better for your engine then the other?

it's not about how your car PERFORMS with a given filter, it's about how said given filters protects your internal engine. Look at the following filter and tell me which one you would rather use ( by the way, FRAM is junk)
Honda 15400-PLM-A01
made in the us by filtech, this is the current universal honda OEM filter specified for use in most honda cars.
Honda 15400-PLM-A02
made in the us by fram, and probably equivalent to the fram part #7317 pictured above, this was the universal honda OEM filter specified for use in most honda cars until mid-2003. it is distinctly smaller and was widely recognized as being a generally poor-to-mediocre filter.

i only use Mobil1 filters, about 2 or 3 bucks more than the OEM hondas. whatever you do, DONT USE FRAM. when i had my prelude i used a fram filter and 4 hours later on the interstate the motor spun a bearing.
