Default need some advice

Sorry about the long post but here goes.

Well I posted about my muffler giving out on me not too long ago. So I ordered a hytech replica header, magnaflow muffler, resonator, and high-flow cat to replace my whole exhaust system. All I need to do now is get the tubing from the cat back and get it all welded together.

I called GT custom and they quoted me $400 to welded it all up for me and another $120 to put the header on. I'm thinking of just putting the header in myself and then getting it toll to the shop. When putting on the header, do I reuse the old rusty header bolts or should I get new ones?

Also is it safe to get it toll with the header only connect to the exhaust manifold? Since the header is longer and replaces the stock cat location I can 't bolt it up until I get to the shop and have flanges welded on the cat.

I got a 1996 Integra GSR with 232kms on it. I am thinking of replacing the o2 sensors, but I'm not sure. I hear that you get better mileage when you replaced them on such an old car. So should I replace them? How much do they usually go for and where can I get them for cheap? I'm probably going to put my exhaust system together tomorrow so going to need to pick them up.

[freak] getting it towed there, just drive the thing. it'll only be loud for a few miles. besides, if you're gonna pay a tow fee, why not just drive the car there and pay the header installation fee. and yeah, if you want to replace the 02 sensors, go ahead your mileage might increase. and besides that, you'll have the peice of mind knowing its already done.

I'm getting it towed for free and where I'm getting it towed is about 45mins away. It's a shop all the locals recommended. Well I actually put the new header on today and replaced the old bolts and use new bolts with washers as I couldn't find the exact bolts at my local auto part store. I realized the the previous owner might have also put a different header on and put the stock back one on when he sold it to me. I know this because the left stud broken and the other studs were replaced with bolts.
