You'll find it in your service manual.

It's on pages 23-48 and 23-49 of the '94 service manual.

The cigarette lighter is fuse number 23 and it's a 15 amp fuse. With the hinges at the top, it's the rightmost fuse in the top row. (There's a spare fuse just to the right of it though.)

The service manual doesn't come with the car. If you plan to work on your own car, it's a great thing to have. You can buy one here.

Try things that are easy and likely and cheap first.

If you have something that plugs into a cigarette lighter, like a radar detector, cell phone charger, etc, then try that just to make sure there is power to the lighter socket. (Start the car first.)

If there's power, then it's definitely the cigarette lighter, and replacing it is cheap.

However, cigarette smoking makes you sick and eventually kills you, makes you and your hair and clothes stink, and costs a lot of money that you could be spending on other things in your life. So maybe the broken cigarette lighter is just one more reason for you to quit smoking.

Good luck!

Ha ha ha!

Then there's no need to replace the cigarette lighter. If your problem is with your radar detector, replacing the lighter won't do anything.

First, try plugging your radar detector into another car's outlet to make sure it's not the radar detector.

If the detector is working in another car but not this one, then either there's no power in the outlet, or the outlet is bent or something so that the plug can't make contact. Again, try a different device (like a lighter) to test and see whether there's power...

Have you pulled the center console off yet to see if it is connected?
