well....I'm trying to find a used tow hitch that someone may have lying around...

I only plan to use it once to move back to Dallas. I know it will just end up sitting in a garage after i use it. Which is why I'd like to find someone that may have one lying around. I'd rather pick it up used & cheaper with most of the accessories than buy a new one.

I don't know too much about towing, or if the part you are talking about would replace this, but this info might be a little helpful:

Remedy: A COMPONENT WILL BE SUPPLIED TO CUSTOMER TO BE ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE TOWING LOOP, TO ELIMINATE CYCLIC STRESS IN THE VERTICAL LOAD PLATE. UNITS FOUND WITH EXISTING FATIGUE FRACTURES WILL BE REPLACED WITH MODIFIED HITCHES.
