If you are using brake clean it dissolves quickly so don't go crazy but don't be afriad to give it a good spray.

And the idle screw is just like anything else left open right closed

i think i do have a vacuum leak somewhere just cant find it, the car idles fine but when i drop the car into neutral itll idle at 1100 then drop back down to 750 800 when i completely stop it wont drop back down until i completely stop the idle sometimes i mean SOMETIMES drop like it used to but not as bad. also the car doesnt stall in the cold anymore whew making progress lol

At least you can now drive it without it stalling out. Stop spaying brake fluid wait until you get a known good TB on their. btw your idle is going to change you need to read up on what all makes it change. like ELD, the AC, engine coolant temp. etc. 1100 sounds perfect at start that would be fast idle. once the car is warm it drops down to 800rpm sounds good.

i dont have ac so that cant change anything lol, i dont really have any accessorys if you mean like a radio a sub and stuff, well someone broke into my car and stole my radio my gps and my ipod and the change out of my coin holder lol, so all i really have is a car charger

Cylinder 1- 200
Cylinder 2- 205
Cylinder 3- 185
Cylinder 4- 175

added oil into 3 and 4 cylinder 3 went up 10 and cylinder 4 went up 15

does that mean bad piston rings? can that mean a bad valve too?

If the issue is resolved about engine stopping when coming to a stop. You could help others by starting a different thread title. because who would look in this thread about troubleshooting compression test numbers.

you may not have an actual vacuum leak. it could be a collapsing/collapsed line. in which case spraying starter fluid won't show you anything. that's why the gauge is the best way to test. have you tried it yet?
