Default Crower or Manley rods?

Im rebuilding my block and im stuck on my rod choice. I want to get the crower sportsman lightweight rods because they only weigh 426 grams compared to the 525 gram regular sportsmans. The manley rods weight 505 grams and i believe the manley also use the ARP 2000 fasteners so no problem there.

The question is, will the lightweight crower rod be capable of reving to 9500? Or will i have to use the regular sportsman or the manley? Does anybody run either of these rods?

Car is a 1994 GSR btw.
