motor bogs out after it turns over
this happens at least twice a week for me. when i try to start my car it'll start but right after it'll bog out and die, even if i press on the gas, it'll still just bog out. and then i try to start it again and it just won't do anything, or it'll start but just bog out again. so then i wait it out, a few minutes to a few hours, then it'll start up just fine. my buddy say it's flooded injectors, but he's not the best person to get advise from.
do any of you guys know what's going on? or has this happen to any of you? any help would be nice
my car is a stock 90 integra with exhaust and intake.

check all your ign. components ie. spk plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, and fuel filter. how long ago did it start doing this?

it's been doing this to me ever since i bought the car, it hasn't happened for awhile now it's like every other day. i've changed everything except the fuel filter. you think that's the problem?

have u ever changed it. if not could be, also could be a main relay, very common. solder joint breaks internally in relay. when it happens again check that u are getting fuel and spark and go from there.goodluck

had the same kind of problem the other day ends up behind the ignition is a white thing that when u turn your key over it turns and is supposed to make the connections and turn on your fuel pump and all that mine wasnt. i took it all apart figuring that the tumbler went bad in mine. well i took a screwdriver n stuck the thing down in there and sure enough same problem.. i ended up switching that part out and no more problems.

I used to have the same problem with my old 89 civic dx...it would turn on then it would turn off after a wile or in a stop light, I'll try to turn it on and it would crank but not turn on...I'll look like an idiot sometimes cause I was stuck in traffic.. If I waited about 30 sec or so it would turn back on again, but if I tried to turn it right away after it turned off,,it would never turn on...at the end it just toped turning on...it ended up being the ignition coil inside the distributer cap....it finally went out...take a look at that...that could be it...but then again my was not bogging...it just turned off...
