Default Mobil 1 VS. AMSoil

Which Motor Oil Do You Guyz Usually Choose. I Perfer Mobil 1 Too But My Friend Recently Told Me That Mobil 1 Now Mixed With Some Other Stuff And AMSoil is Better.

So What Do You Guyz Think; Mobil 1 or AMSoil Motor Oil? Why?

lol, I use Mobil1

AMSOil is all hype as far as I'm concerned. Every single "chart" they have from "independent labs" proving their oil better is the same, as happens to be posted on a website that conveniently sells amsoil, imagine that. No truly independant tests exist on the subject, if they do please shine light on them but really seems like arguing over oil is just splitting hairs. Synthetic is synthetic for the most part, cheap stuff aside.

Honda OEM is Mobil 1, I used to like Castrol brands but I notice when you change the oil on them I noticed how they foam up (not good).

I just switched from M1 to AMSoil just to give it a shot... seems the same to me. I'll probably switch back to M1 on the next change.

I have always used m1, except for my cobra I ran AMSoil for 40k hard miles . Nere had a problem with it, still ran like new when I sold it. Just go with m1, AMS is alot of money and isnt worth the extra esp for a honda.

Mobil 1 is used the most because they were the first to come out with a full synthetic. IMO, their really is no difference between different brand synthetics. When you switch from regular to synthetic, you dont notice anything...all it is is the peace of mind you get that youre engine is being lubricated by some great oil.
