Default LS/Vtec or not

I have a 90 teg. with 170,000 on the motor and body. Would it be in my best interest to do a LS/Vtec swap or to dump a nasty set of cams in it.

depends on your goals. The real way to take advantage of any ls engine is the pistons. Whether your going ls/v or N/A with the ls, pistons will help out alot.

I'm pretty much in the same situation. 91 integra, 208 on the block, just getting another b18b bottom end w/ a gsr head, and then build. I will probably go boost too.

Save what ya got, do what i did..

Pull your B18, get a rebuild with some high compression/low compression if you want turbo later forged pistons, rods and new bearings then go LS/V
