Loud banging/grinding while driving
99 Ls Integra has this loud noise coming from the passenger side front wheel. It only occurs when the car starts rolling 5mph and so on. The sound gets worse/ louder as the speed increases. I have checked to see if there is anything loose under there but there isn't. Brakes look fine, rotors are a little rusty but non even wear. The tie rods look to be okay. Only thing left that I can think of is a bad wheel bearing. I tried shaking the wheel with the car jacked up but there is no movement period. Any ideas would be great.

Wheel bearing is a howling noise my thought is since it's from the pass side is that it's the ISB. wheel bearing at the start is usually more noticeable on the highway vs at 5mph. check the brake dust shield I just got a civic and I have the exact same thing mind you I know its the ISB in my case, the dust shield was rubbing too tho.
not saying it could be the WB but doesn't sound like the ones I've heard go bad.
