Default ITR head or ITR engine......what should i do??

I am currently running a GSR engine w/ ITR cams, ITR tranny, and a JDM ITR ECU. I am wondering if it would be worth it to slap a COMPLETE ITR head, IM, and TB on my current setup? Would it yield any gains? I have found a local that is selling a complete ITR head for $2000 cdn. Also, i have thought of just selling my current swap and buying a ITR swap all together. There is a guy selling a 97 spec JDM ITR swap for $5800. Which one will you guys do??

The only thing i would want off an ITR engine is the tranny, but you already have that. So i say stick with your set up and build from there. The stock ITR head doesn't even flow that well.
