integra tranny possibly problem PLEASE HELP

when i shift into gearson like from 1st to 2nd to 3rd it makes a rubbing/grinding noise do i need power steering fluidor what is it.

get mobil one synchromesh fluid for your tranny
thats one?

when was the last time the clutch was changed or adjusted

YO I ONLY GOT 60,000 MILES AND EVERYTHING FINE ITS JUST THE NOISE IT DRIVES FINE
