How much oil would you say would burn off on hard runs

How much oil would you say would burn off on hard runs
I want to know, how much oil would you say a car, in my case a 98 LS Integra, would burn off in like a 2 hours of hard driving. And what would happen if there would be more oil then it's recommended?

your car should not burn enough oil in 2 hours to see the difference, if so you got engine problems
