my little brother just bought a 90 integra LS automatic. the kid he bought it from i've known for a really long time and he's a dumbass, all it has on it is a p.o.s. welded on muffler with no tip or anything and a bunch of stupid decals. i have a couple questions about it.

1. when its in park and started the engine revs back down to below 500 and back up above 2500 over and over so i'm lost about that?

2. leaking oil from what looks like the head gasket but i cant be sure cause the engine is so dirty and it smells like its burning coolant and its spitting out light amount of white smoke and some wetness so i'm thinking bad headgasket on that one.

3. the heat doesnt work at all in the car?
